Disney Destiny to sail from Florida from next November
Bookings open next month for new Disney Cruise Line ship Disney Destiny for sailings from Fort Lauderdale in Florida.
The sister ship to Disney Wish and Disney Treasure is scheduled to sail on its maiden voyage from Port Everglades in Florida in November 2025.
With capacity for up to 4,000 passengers, Disney Destiny will run four- and five-night cruises to The Bahamas and western Caribbean.
The itineraries include calls to one or both of Disney Cruise Line’s island destinations, Disney Castaway Cay and the new Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
General bookings for the 144,000 gross ton-ship open on 12 September 2024.
Disney Destiny is to be powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG) and is part of a multi-year expansion of the Disney Cruise Line fleet.
