Dubai's One&Only The Palm resort aims to elevate the city’s culinary scene this summer with the launch of ‘Summer Unscripted,’ a curated collection of dining experiences.

Taking place within the resort’s luxurious beachfront sanctuary, located at the far end of Dubai's Palm Jumeirah, the experiences combine innovative cuisine with a glamorous setting and views of Dubai’s iconic coastline.

From a two-Michelin-starred three-course French lunch to a summer staycation with complimentary sundowners, here are the experiences on offer this summer:

Le Déjeuner at STAY by Yannick Alléno
For the first time, STAY by Yannick Alléno welcomes guests for lunch with Le Déjeuner, an elegant three-course culinary journey that captures three-Michelin-star-awarded French chef Yannick Alléno’s visionary take on modern French gastronomy. Expect delicately crafted mains, including a vegetarian creation, made using locally sourced ingredients in a setting of quiet luxury, whether inside the elegant, high-ceilinged restaurant or al fresco in the tropical gardens.

STAY by Yannick Alléno at One&Only The Palm

Catch of the Day brunch at 101 Dining Lounge and Marina
Perched atop a sleek over-water jetty, this indoor-outdoor lounge is set to bring the Riviera to Dubai with a specially curated 'Catch of the Day' brunch. Highlights include Mediterranean appetisers, a lavish seafood platter and interactive elements such as live burrata and tableside oyster service. A choice of freshly caught seafood, including lobster and sea bass, is prepared to order, with a decadent lamb chop to follow.

Elevated Dining with Pool and Beach Access at Zest
At Zest, the property’s main restaurant overlooking the pool and lush gardens, guests can start the day with a lovely breakfast spread before slipping into beachside bliss, punctuated only by swims in the pool and two glasses of complimentary bubbly. One&Only Palm’s private beach stretches over 450m, with oversized daybeds, an 850 sqm swimming pool and air-conditioned poolside cabanas.

Lunch with Day Access at Zest
With its vibrant Italian flavours and setting overlooking the pool and gardens, this all-day restaurant is a great spot for a leisurely lunch. Guests can enjoy a three-course lunch, featuring dishes such as burrata and carpaccio, freshly baked pizzas and authentic pastas, all paired with two glasses of bubbly, plus a full day of pool and beach relaxation.

Grand Pool and Beach Passes
Whether seeking a midweek escape or a weekend retreat, this experience offers full-day access to the resort’s exclusive stretch of golden sand beach and elegantly appointed Grand Pool, set among lush gardens, and with poolside cabanas.

Summer staycation
