Hong Kong retail outlet features Premium Economy seat display
Emirates has officially opened a new travel store in Hong Kong, its first in East Asia.
The store is part of an expansion plan by the Dubai-based airline to roll out in phases across this region and eventually throughout its global network.
Located in Hong Kong's Nexxus Building, the store offers a range of premium services encompassing flight reservations, ticketing and personalised customer assistance.
A highlight of the new store is a limited-time Premium Economy Class seat display, which provides customers a real-life preview of the seats offered by Emirates.
The store also features has four dedicated customer service counters for reservations and general enquiries, as well as sizeable interactive screens to draw interested travellers in.
The retail outlet reinforces the airline’s commitment to providing retail travel experiences to customers in the city by bringing its products, services and signature hospitality closer to them.

Emirates’ Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, Orhan Abbas said: "We are delighted to inaugurate the first Emirates travel store in the Far East region, in Hong Kong, to deliver an enhanced and exceptional service to our valued customers.
“The city has always been strategically important for us and by launching our first travel store in Central Hong Kong, we aim to offer our valued customers an elevated travel retail experience, and better deliver Emirates’ hospitality at every step of the customer journey.”
Mr Abbas officially opened the 139-square-metre Hong Kong outlet alongside UAE Consul General, Shaikh Saoud Al Mualla and Emirates Area Manager for Hong Kong, Sultan Alriyami.
Emirates currently operates 21 flights per week between Hong Kong and Dubai.
