Collaboration to deliver inflight menus and lounge restaurant
Fresh from being named the World's Best Airline for a record ninth time, Qatar Airways is set to bring French chef Yannick Alléno’s Michelin-lauded cuisine to the airline’s inflight menus and premium lounge restaurants.
Alléno, who is renowned for his innovative approach to French cuisine, holds an extraordinary 17 Michelin stars across 19 restaurants in seven countries, making him one of the world’s most decorated chefs.
The collaboration will debut with bespoke Alléno-curated menus for First and Business Class passengers on select flights between Qatar's capital Doha and Paris in France.
Dishes will blend French refinement with global influences and focus on ingredient-driven cooking, fermentation and advanced extraction techniques, all hallmarks of Alléno’s culinary identity.
